Advanced Surgery Center is a service-oriented surgery center whose purpose is to provide an environment where patients, family, physicians and staff work as a team to provide the highest quality outpatient procedures and surgical care to the community.

The Advanced Surgery Center physicians identified that there was a need for a high quality, cost effective outpatient ambulatory surgery center in West Des Moines as well as the surrounding communities. ASCCI started performing local only outpatient ENT surgical cases in December 2018, and by January 2020 had included Orthopedic surgical services.
Advanced Surgery Center of Central Iowa is a AAAHC fully accredited ambulatory outpatient surgery center in the State of Iowa and was granted a CON in 2017.
- ENT: septoplasty, sinus surgery, ear tubes, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy
- Orthopedic: Knee arthroscopy, Shoulder arthroscopy, Total Knee replacement, Total Shoulder Replacement, Total Hip replacement, Fracture Care, and general sports medicine
